3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project details and required access
  • Respond to communication and approvals in a timely manner
  • Provide payments on time as per invoice
  • Ensure legal rights to any content or material provided to us

4. Payment Terms

  • 50% upfront payment required for most projects
  • Remaining 50% due upon completion or milestone
  • Monthly retainers billed on the 1st of each month
  • All payments must be made through approved payment gateways

5. Refund Policy

Our refund rules are outlined in the Refund Policy. In summary:

  • No refunds once work has started
  • No refund for SEO/PPC monthly services
  • Partial refund only during early stages of website projects
  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days if applicable

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content created by OMR Digital remains our intellectual property until full payment is made
  • After payment, clients receive 100% ownership of the deliverables
  • Website code, content, creatives, and strategies are protected

7. Limitation of Liability

OMR Digital is not liable for:

  • Third-party platform issues (Google, Meta, Hosting, etc.)
  • Ad performance affected by algorithm changes
  • Website downtime from third-party hosting providers
  • Delays caused by lack of client communication

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are not received on time
  • Client violates our policies or uses services for illegal activity
  • Client engages in abusive or unprofessional conduct

9. Changes to Terms

OMR Digital may update or modify these Terms anytime. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.
