Our Refund Guidelines
1. General Refund Terms
OMR Digital provides digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, Website Development, and Branding. These services require time, tools, and team effort. Therefore, refunds are limited to specific conditions outlined below.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are **not eligible** for refunds once work has started:
- SEO Services (once optimization/research begins)
- PPC Setup or Monthly Management
- Website Development after design approval
- Digital Assets (logos, creatives, content writing)
- Consultations & Strategy Calls
- Third-party platform charges (Google, Meta, Hosting, etc.)
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund **only if**:
- No work has started on your project
- You cancel within the first 12 hours of making the payment
- An accidental duplicate payment is made
- A technical billing issue occurred
4. Website Development Refunds
Refunds for website projects follow this structure:
- 100% refund — no work has started
- 50% refund — if only the initial design has been shared
- No refund — once development or revisions begin
5. SEO & PPC Refunds
- No refund after campaign research, audits, or setup is completed
- Google Ads/Meta Ads budget is non-refundable

7. Processing Time
- Approved refunds take 5–7 business days to process
- International refunds may take up to 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
