At OMR Digital, all our services — including SEO, PPC, Web Development, Content, and Digital Campaign assets — are delivered digitally. Since we do not ship physical products, this policy explains how your digital deliverables are shared and managed.

Project Onboarding

After onboarding, you will receive the following within 1–3 hours:

• Project timeline & milestone breakdown
• Dedicated project manager contact details
• Secure Google Drive / Dropbox folder access
• Client dashboard credentials (if applicable)

Delivery of Digital Assets

We deliver all materials through secure digital platforms such as:

• Email (PDF reports, strategy files, credentials)
• Google Drive / Dropbox (creative assets, documents)
• Client dashboard for tracking SEO, PPC & Traffic
• Secure login access for website & CMS

Standard Delivery Timelines

• SEO Audit Report: 2–4 business days
• PPC Campaign Setup: 24–48 hours
• Website Project Files: As per milestone plan
• Monthly Reports: Delivered by 3rd–5th of every month

Secure Access & Ownership

All deliverables belong fully to the client. Access credentials are shared securely, and we recommend enabling two-factor authentication on all integrated platforms.
